Take To The Oars

Take To The Oars is a 4-piece alt-rock act from the heart of Denver. Their sound is packed with soaring vocals, infectious hooks, and a catalog of instant rock anthems. The band has been seen sharing a stage with Rooney,Young The Giant, Eisley, Fuel, Sleeper Agent, The Epilogues, Murder By Death, The Gracious Few, and more.

Ryan Gombeski (vocals), Chris Weaver (drums), Mikey Trujillo (guitar), and JP Manza (bass) started playing and performing together in 2008. The name Take To The Oars was derived from the latin proverb, "if the wind will not serve, take to the oars"
